Navigation data
During their normal operations, the IT systems and software procedures used to enable this website to function acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects but, owing to the very nature of the information, the processing and association of the data with data held by third parties may enable the users to be identified.
The category of data includes IP addresses or the computer domain names used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses for the resources requested, the timing of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code for the status of response issued by the server – successful outcome, error, etc. and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are only used for the purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that the site is operating correctly and the data are deleted immediately after processing.     We may contact you from time to time to update you on our services, new functions and promotions, up-coming auctions and other associated services. You may choose to cancel your subscription to our e-mails by selecting this option in your account settings.
    We undertake to protect the confidentiality of the information provided. However, if we suspect the existence of fraudulent or other illegal activities, we reserve the right to provide information to the forces of law and order.
    Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their password and other account information and they are responsible for all the uses of their own account, whether or not this has been authorised. If you consider that your account has been used improperly or jeopardised, we would ask you to contact us immediately.

FrimerkeHansen har følgende betingelser for å delta på våre auksjoner:

1- For å delta på auksjoner hos FrimerkeHansen så må brukeren ha fylt 18 år og ha registrert en konto på auksjonssiden FØR auksjonen starter. Det kan lønne seg å registrere seg i god tid. Viktig å påpeke at det er egen logginn på aukjsonene.
2- Alle bud er bindende og i Norske kroner.
3- I tillegg til tilslagssummen på auksjonen, så tilkommer 20% salær + porto etter Postens satser.
4- Oppgjør skal skje innen 14 dager etter endt auksjon, hvis ikke annet er avtalt på forhånd.
5- Om ikke oppgjør er mottatt innen 30 dager, vil objektene bli solgt for auksjonsvinners regning.
6- Reklamasjon må gjøres innen 14 dager etter mottatte objekter.
